  1. The administrator of personal data is DOJI S.A. with its registered office at ul. Owsiana 10, 62-064 Plewiska, e-mail: office@doji.com.pl.
  2. The personal data collected from doji.com.pl is for the following purposes and using the following services:

      • data: cookies and data on the use of the site (geographic location, technical data on the devices used to access the website, type of operating system, browser type, hardware data or other technical details provided by the browser)
      • in order to count statistics regarding the website
    • Contact with the user – Contact form

      • in order to provide information to the user regarding the commercial offer of the Administrator
  3. The data will be stored for a period of 2 years.

The User has the right to access their data, the possibility of correcting them, requesting their rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, transfer of data, opposition to their processing, as well as the right to file a complaint to UODO, and withdrawal of consent for processing at any time.

  6. The user has the right to object to further processing, and in the case of consent to the processing of data to its withdrawal. The exercise of the right to withdraw consent does not affect the processing that took place until the consent was withdrawn. The process of withdrawing consent takes place immediately, at the latest within 2 business days. Information collected as a result of the withdrawal of the application for consent will be used only for verification purposes.   7. The User has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body when the processing of the User’s Personal Data violates the provisions of the Regulation.

In connection with the provision of services, personal data will be disclosed to external entities, including suppliers responsible for the operation of IT systems used to provide services and entities such as marketing and SEO agencies (in the field of marketing and positioning services), hosting sites and entities associated with the administrator. Data will be disclosed to such entities only if the user agrees to it.
  9. DOJI S.A. is not involved in remarketing or customer profiling.
  10. DOJI S.A. is entitled to send commercial information to the user’s e-mail address, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1422, as amended). It may take place only after prior consent by the User, by clicking the checkbox available at the contact form or by submitting a notification form to receive the newsletter.
